Can travel from Johor Bahru to Tioman Island still be arranged currently?

Yes, travel is possible from Johor Bahru or anywhere else in Malaysia to Tioman Island during the CMCO. There is currently one ferry operating daily from Mersing through Bluewater Express.

Is there a pickup service available from the jetty to the resort upon arrival?

A pickup service can be arranged if informed about your ferry arrival time. The jetty at Air Batang is only a short 3-4 minute walk from the resort.

If I cancel my booking before the deadline, will there still be a charge for prepayment?

The statement indicating that you will be charged prepayment at any time is automatic in the system. Charges are applied only after the cancellation deadline, allowing for free cancellation if done within that time frame.
