If I choose to book a queen en-suite and single room, will there be any additional sitting or dining area aside from the communal dining room? Also, is there a coffee and tea station or microwave available in the room?

Are three twin rooms available for the period of 7 July to 11 July? I can only see two rooms listed online. Additionally, is there a place to store our luggage before the 2 PM check-in?

The prime time for enjoying a beach holiday is from early October to mid-May when ocean temperatures rise. Beach walks are lovely throughout the year, though winds can be strong during July and August.
