Is it permissible to smoke on the balconies of the units?

Smoking is allowed only on the balconies as long as the doors are closed. Please be mindful of neighboring units, though. Smoking is not permitted in any common areas such as the pool or BBQ area.
Are there ground-level units with ocean views available?

The Oceanview Units are located on the first level. Ground-level options include Beachfront and Pool & Garden Units, which do not offer ocean views.
