What is the process if I need to cancel my booking?

Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival incur a $35 administration fee. For cancellations made 5 to 14 days prior, one night's stay will be charged. If cancellation occurs within 5 days of arrival, the total cost of stay will be charged.
Is it permissible to smoke outside the cabins?
