The resort has 6 suites, each with a private porch offering direct views of the Quillayute River. Storage units between suites eliminate shared walls, so guests hear only the river. All units include a gas fireplace, a full kitchen with cookware and spices, and a private bathroom with heated tile floors.

A games room, board games, and kids' outdoor play equipment are available on the property. Guests can use the outdoor fireplace, picnic area, and sun terrace set in the garden. The resort also offers a shared lounge/TV area, a library, and a walking path along the river.
