Travel from Phuket airport to Hat Yai by flight, then take a land transfer to Pakbara Pier, which takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on road conditions. From Pakbara Pier, a boat ride to Koh Lipe will take another 1.5 to 2 hours, subject to sea conditions.
