Is there easy access to guest suites for elderly visitors?

Each building is equipped with one elevator, providing access to all floors where the suites are located. However, there may be considerable distances to walk from the garage to the elevator and from the elevator to the suite.

Do the rooms have direct ocean views or are they located a distance from the beach?
