What are the main differences between a standard two-bedroom apartment and a premium two-bedroom apartment?

The premium apartments feature upgraded bathrooms and kitchens, air conditioning in the main bedroom, and sometimes in the second bedroom. Additionally, most of these apartments only have a shower, with no bath included.
Are laundry facilities available within the apartments?
