Is it safe to swim at the beach in August, and are there any jellyfish concerns?

Swimming at the beach is safe in August. However, it's best to avoid swimming in November, December, and January. The pools and plunge pools are not heated.
Does the resort offer yoga classes for guests?

Can a family of four with two children (ages 5 and 9) be accommodated in a courtyard plunge villa?
