What is the amount required for a deposit when checking in?

A deposit of $75 per night is required for out-of-state guests, while local residents are asked to provide a $400 deposit for their entire stay. Extended stays may have deposits starting at $300. Note that deposits must be made with a credit or debit card, as cash is not accepted.
